If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product thanks to the 30-day money-back guarantee, from the date of receipt of the product. Read more about our 30-day money-back guarantee .

Right of withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union are also guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the contract to purchase a product for 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that has indicated (other than the carrier) receives the product purchased or from that you receive the last item, in case of delivery of the same order in several shipments, or the last component or piece in case of delivery of a good made up of multiple components or pieces. This right is applicable to all our products, as long as it is not used and is complete.

To cancel a purchase during the 14-day reflection period, contact us . Package the product in question safely and send it to us using the personalized return label that we will provide you within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

We inform you that we can accept returns if you deliver the product to us by hand.

For your safety, we recommend that you use a certified shipping service, in case the return amount exceeds € 75.

Please note that the return costs are borne by you unless we have sent the product to you in error, or if the product has been damaged or defective.

In addition, once the shipping process has begun, you can no longer cancel other additional services contracted with us.

As soon as we receive the product and we have reviewed it, we will refund the purchase price of the product along with the usual shipping costs for that product, corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer. We cannot reimburse any additional cost of shipping costs for express, priority or courier service.
