This form is intended for use by rights holders and their representatives for the purpose of notifying Amazon of alleged infringements of such rights, in particular (without limitation) intellectual and industrial property rights such as copyright or trademark rights. If you are not the owner of the rights, Amazon will not be able to process the notifications sent through this form. In this case, you must use the following forms:
Customers can use our contact form to report problems with their orders, violations by other sellers of Amazon's policy, etc. To do this, select "An order I have made" under the "How can we help you" section. Then select "Problems with an order" and then "Problems with a Marketplace order" in the "Select problem details" section.
We do not enforce
In general, we do not process notifications that refer to:
Alleged Bar Code, EAN, or UPC Violation: Bar Codes, EANs, and UPCs are used to store product information such as prices and inventory levels. These codes do not carry protection of intellectual or industrial property.
Detail Page Ownership and Image Restrictions: When a detail page is created, it becomes a permanent catalog page on jarpega.com, which will remain even if the creator's inventory is depleted. Additionally, when you add your image protected by intellectual or industrial property rights to a detail page, you grant Jarpega and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, indefinite and irrevocable right to all the advertising and promotion rights on the material.
Other sellers may offer their items for sale on the pages on which you have created or added your image protected by intellectual or industrial property rights. However, we require sellers to bid only on detail pages with which their items exactly match. If you believe that certain sellers bid on detail pages that do not exactly match their items, please report this violation here .
If your image protected by intellectual or industrial property rights has been incorporated into our catalog without your consent, please complete the form below.
